REBRAND AND REFRESH
Work Skills needed a refresh of their existing branding to better target their desired markets.
Taking their existing logo design features and amplifying them into the clean, fun and fresh design of the new website, we were able to encapsulate the positive futures promoted by Work Skills more accurately. The use of bright colours and block typefaces were used to appeal to a younger demographic and steer the look of the brand in the direction of the digital age of education.
COLOUR ASSISTED NAVIGATION
Because of the number of qualifications available on the Work Skills website, it was important to make navigation a priority when considering the design features.
Using colour to differentiate between the four disciplines, website visitors are reassured they are in the right place based on the colour of the page. For example, ‘Work Skills blue’ is used for all general pages, red for automotive qualifications, orange for hospitality, yellow for media and teal for business.
