Ronin Marketing gave us the tools that we needed to get the clients that we had really been looking to target.
One of the first things the Ronin team did was audit our brand. It was incredibly helpful because it gave us a new understanding of how to approach our markets and we now knew exactly where we stood in terms of which aspects were helping or hindering our larger business planning.
We then worked very closely to develop a new brand that would reflect our values, differentiate us from our competition and make us as appealing as possible to the clients we were wanting to target.
Our image has really been pushed to the next level and it’s enabled us to target bigger clients. Now everything from our TV ad to our website and stationery projects a tangible image of our quality. Ronin’s Director, Kurt Schubert, has really been crucial in contributing to the further growth of our business. Ronin developed a brilliant new image that fit the company like a glove and has really helped us kick things up a notch.
Kurt tailored all of the marketing to work together at each stage of the client acquisition process - not only was the image consistent, they took into account the strengths and weaknesses of each medium and how prospective clients were likely to graduate from the TV or Yellow Pages ad to the website to a corporate profile, and so on.
Our Yellow Pages success rate improved by five-fold. The number of nuisance calls has been drastically reduced, the process of giving our information streamlined via the website, and we are finding that generally the quality of the enquiries is much improved.
