Relaunching Mornsun Electronics in Australia

Ronin Marketing is proud to be handling the Australian advertising campaign for emerging electronic components manufacturer, Mornsun Power. One of China’s leading companies manufacturing high quality DC-DC Converters and AC-DC Power Modules, Mornsun needed a way to make a bigger impact on Australia’s electronics assembly market in the face of other competition from overseas.

After examining Mornsun’s existing advertising, the company’s qualities, and the competitors’ approaches, Kurt Schubert suggested an all-new approach in counterpoint to the electronic industry’s usual “high tech” visual style. Drawing from the company’s name to provide a differentiation point, Kurt devised a series of specialist print advertisements that play on the emotive meanings of Morning Sun.

“The Dawn of a New Day”, “All Day, Every Day” and “Space. Freedom. Mornsun.” all place the product within natural settings, and firmly brand Mornsun as the only company that offers fresh possibilities, not just new technology and specs. Even with one of the textiest placements (featured below), there is a strong  projection of freshness.
