Homeshield are one of Brisbane’s longest-established patio & deck building businesses, but outside of the regular readers of the local newspapers, no-one knew they existed, and they were spending a fortune on advertising that wasn’t returning the investment.
Following a Strategic Planning phase and an assessment of their Media Buying spend, Ronin Marketing developed a new budget that would harness online and electronic marketing channels in order to phase out Homeshield’s reliance on print media and hard copy Yellow Pages directories. We also rebranded and repositionied the business to remove confusion about what they were really offering their target markets, and better express their core differentiators in the marketplace.
Starting as a little unknown Brisbane building company, with the assistance of Ronin Marketing we have been able to build a strong brand with a well thought out marketing plan. We are no longer wasting money with every gimmick that promises to deliver clients. All of our decisions are now made around what we have identified as our target market and there is uniformity in our brand presence in the market.
